Story of the Healy Loghorse

The Healy Log Horse came about as a way to improve the safety aspect of cutting timber at home for the winter. It took quite a while to develop and perfect into the the product we sell today. Before The log horse, we were using old wooden timber horses that did little more than complicate the job as a second person was always needed to hold the timber being cut, and only one log could be cut at a time. This was making the task of cutting firewood very labour intesive and time consuming.

The Healy log horse overcomes the issues of the timber horse by both increasing capacity, and adding a clamping mechanism to hold the logs securely while being cut. Its sturdy design also ensure that  the load will not tip over while being cut, greatly increasing operator safety. With the healy log horse, the most difficult part of cutting up firewood is gathering up all that you have cut. It really does make it that easy.
